Software requirements: BEIM TOOLS does not include Autodesk software or licenses. Autodesk® Navisworks® Manage software is required to use the BEIM Navisworks toolset. Autodesk® Revit® software is required to use the BEIM Revit toolset. The applicable Autodesk software and license must be obtained separately.

You choose the tests, statuses, and rules. BEIM TOOLS helps carry that selected scope through repeatable organization, documentation, and Revit software review.

    Choose the existing Clash Detective tests and statuses you want to process.

  2. Build the deliverables

    Group, rename, zone, assign, create viewpoints, and generate reports for that selected scope.

  3. Coordinate in Revit software

    Export selected clash data locally for preview, markers, and focused 3D, plan, and section views.

Sync N uses a local file handoff in one direction from Navisworks Manage software to Revit software. It is not live, cloud based, or bidirectional synchronization.

BEIM TOOLS FAQ

Does BEIM TOOLS detect or automatically resolve clashes?

No. It works with selected existing Clash Detective results in Navisworks Manage software, helping you organize and document the coordination work.

What does one subscription include?

One subscription includes both BEIM toolsets for one named Autodesk user ID. It does not include Autodesk software or licenses. Autodesk Navisworks Manage software is required for the Navisworks toolset, and Autodesk Revit software is required for the Revit toolset.

Which product versions are supported?

Versions 2022 through 2027 of Navisworks Manage software and Revit software are supported. Export Visible is available for Navisworks Manage software versions 2026 and 2027 only.

Is Sync N a live cloud synchronization?

No. Sync N uses a local file handoff in one direction from Navisworks Manage software to Revit software.

Can scheduled workflows run unattended?

No. Navisworks Manage software, the model, and Clash Manager must remain open, with approval provided for the active session.

Is Coordination Hub a cloud collaboration service?

No. Coordination Hub stores its coordination records in the active Navisworks model.
