Part A: Purchase and Subscription Terms
These Purchase and Subscription Terms apply to subscriptions purchased through beimsolutions.com. Software use is also governed by the Software License Terms in Part B.
United States Availability
BEIM subscriptions and trials are available only to customers whose principal place of business and billing address are in the United States.
BEIM, LLC may reject or cancel an order, trial, or subscription that does not meet this requirement.
Subscription Access
One active BEIM TOOLS subscription provides access to the available BEIM toolsets designed for Autodesk® Navisworks® Manage software and Autodesk® Revit® software.
Each subscription is assigned to one named Autodesk user ID. Each additional user requires a separate subscription.
Required Autodesk software is not included with the BEIM subscription.
Automatic Renewal
The subscription price and billing interval are displayed during checkout.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize BEIM and its payment provider to charge your saved payment method at the selected monthly or annual interval.
Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Cancellation
You may cancel through My Account, then Subscriptions, or by emailing support@beimsolutions.com before the next renewal is processed.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Except when required by law or when BEIM elects to cancel and refund an order, all sales are final.
No partial refunds or credits are provided for an unused portion of a subscription.

Trials
A BEIM trial is temporary and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
BEIM does not charge you when a trial expires.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Autodesk Relationship and Trademarks
BEIM TOOLS is independently developed for use with Autodesk software. BEIM, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Autodesk.
Autodesk, Navisworks, and Revit are registered trademarks or trademarks of Autodesk, Inc., and/or its subsidiaries and/or affiliates in the USA and/or other countries.

Part B: Software License Terms
Below is a copy of the Terms of Use included with and applicable to software provided by BEIM to be referenced as is necessary by any end users.
This plugin and its underlying code, along with associated documentation files, referred to as the “Software,” are the sole intellectual property of BEIM, LLC.
No rights are granted to copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, sell, or decompile the Software.
Unauthorized use, copying, distribution, decompiling, or any other form of exploitation of the Software is strictly prohibited.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL BEIM, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from BEIM, LLC if you fail to comply with any term of this license.
Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
