1. Introduction
BEIM, LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit beimsolutions.com, create an account, purchase or manage a subscription, request a trial, activate a license, use BEIM software, or contact us for support.
BEIM software includes tools for Autodesk Navisworks and Autodesk Revit.
2. Information We Collect
Account and Order Information
When you create an account or place an order, we may collect your name, email address, company name, telephone number if provided, billing address, account information, purchased products, order history, subscription status, renewal information, and payment status.
Payment Information
Payments are processed through Stripe and WooPayments. WooPay may be offered as an express checkout option through WooPayments.
BEIM does not receive or store your complete payment card number or card security code. We may receive limited transaction information such as the purchase amount, transaction date, payment status, payment method, card type, last four digits, and payment or subscription reference.

Trial and License Information
When you request a trial, the BEIM software sends your email address and signed in Autodesk user ID to our cloud licensing service.
Trial activation and validation send the trial code and Autodesk user ID. Paid license validation and deactivation send the license serial number and activation token.
The software stores an encrypted local license record containing the license or trial code, activation token, Autodesk user ID, and trial expiration date when applicable.
BEIM does not request or store your Autodesk account password.
Project and Tool Information
BEIM licensing requests do not transmit your Navisworks or Revit models, filenames, clash results, issue descriptions, meeting information, snapshots, reports, or other project content.
Coordination information created by the tools is stored locally, within the applicable Autodesk document, or in files that you choose to export.
Optional voice input is transcribed locally. Audio is not intentionally uploaded to BEIM. The resulting text may be stored within your local coordination data.
Support Communications
When you contact us, we collect your contact information, message, and any screenshots, diagnostic reports, files, or technical information you choose to provide. Diagnostic information may include error messages, timestamps, code locations, filenames, project names, or other information included in an error report.
Support files are not uploaded automatically. BEIM receives them only when you choose to send them.
Website and Technical Information
Our website, hosting provider, security services, payment providers, and licensing services may automatically receive technical information such as your internet address, approximate location, browser type, device type, operating system, access time, requested pages, referring page, and security or error information.
3. Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies needed for account access, shopping carts, checkout, subscriptions, security, fraud prevention, and saved preferences.
Payment, hosting, and platform providers may also use cookies under their own privacy policies. You may block cookies through your browser, although doing so may prevent account, cart, checkout, or payment features from working properly.
Our website may not respond uniformly to browser Do Not Track signals because no common response standard has been adopted.

The website may remain accessible to visitors outside the United States.

BEIM does not sell personal information for money.
We disclose personal information when necessary to service providers that support website hosting, ecommerce, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, and cloud licensing. These providers include WooCommerce, Automattic, Stripe, Amazon Web Services, and other providers needed to operate our services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request, to investigate fraud or misuse, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale, merger, or transfer.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer accounts, orders, subscriptions, licenses, support, security, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, and legal requirements.
Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it or remove identifying information, subject to backups and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, internet transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and license information.
